If you like supporting a monopolistic company that sues every challenger go Apple. If you like anything else choose Android.

no no no not at all but lets be real here. its a phone and id much rather have a phone that runs all day long on normal usage over any other phone that had to be charged or have a battery swap every 3 hours.

I myself am an Android fanboy.. but this simply isn't true. Android puts their OS on TONS of devices. iOS comes on one phone and one tablet.

Droid has had that for years... it's on their cheapest most basic phones.

You could also add proprietary, close-sourced, out-dated, and over-priced to that list. It's why I don't like Apple as a whole

Sure, their products are idiot proof, that's great. But their company is why I won't buy from them. And there's nothing fun about them. And their over-priced.

All I'm gonna say is the stock music player with No EQ on my HTC Inspire has better sound quality than I could ever get out of any of the iOS devices I ever owned.

(And Nuetron MP's dashboard makes it even better.)

Also, I never said anything about Apple being the bees knees, I vehemently stay away from them in everything except the phone. My wife and I have had terrible luck with numerous Android phones so we will continue to use hardware that actually holds up. I know the software is crap, but I can fix software, I can't fix hardware that dies the second it's warranty is up.
