AP15001D - Does it REALLY do rated? Through a 100 amp fuse?

I have a distro block by my ap1500 and it has a 150A fuse. Works fine for me.

Mine also came with a "free gift" 100A Fuse and holder but I sold it cause it was ugly lol

I've pulled more than the 100 amp fuse rating, when blasting tones on a 1 ohm nominal load... but even that has rise. On music, it may see more than 100, but it'll be transient, so the fuse won't pop.

In simple terms, you won't be popping that fuse, unless you either a) clipping to hell... or b) bass racing at less than rated impedance. Both of which are pretty dumb to do on a budget amp.
