Power will be 175 rms per channel, will these CDT's handle that with a 120 rms rating ok ? Is there anything better out there for the price ? Have to be 5 1/4 going in the doors and rear hat rack of a 2007 mustang. 130.00 shipped if you dont wanna look at the link.

Thanx but I am trying to stay at or under 150.00 per set and those are 339.00 on woofersetc. Unless ya can get em at 1/2 that price for me...lol

I am using a Cadence amp that does 150x2 on them and they take the power with no problems. i have the gains down on the amp because they actually get too loud for me to enjoy.

Weird... I too use the CDT CL's and use a Cadence amp putting 150 to each side... I'm thinking of swamping in another amp I have here to do 300 watts to each side to see if I notice a difference. I think the CLs are great for the price tag.

I thought about that too, but I am on a very limited budget and every cent counts for now. I just scored an MBQ DSC2000.1 on ebay for 139.00 shipped and now have to come up with some better subs than what I have, leaning toward 2 IA LI 10's.
