Anything better than the Dayton ultimax 10" for 159.99??

Helping a friend pick out some subs. thought about the ultimax 10" since they are on sale for 159.99 they also got the MX10-22 on sale for 111.98.

This will be ported in a small SUV with about 1200rms on tap.

He wants sound quality but with balls is there other subs that should be considered at this price point?

I like the Basket and where you have room to add terminal rings on the sub if you choose and not use the push terminals, or you can use both to get some 8 ga wire on them easy enough for a pair of subs? Nice Specs too. may be an Xmas Gift this year to myself??LOL

I may try a pair if they come out with a 12”. A pair sealed on my 2000.1 should pair up nicely.

Never heard their subs. Currently running their 2 channel on my front stage and like it a lot.

They look ok but not as good as the older x series comps. I bet they sound nice though.

VCW I believe V2. I see they have V4 out now
