want to give me box designs for 2 12"cvrs.

size doesnt really matter as long is it us under 2.8 cubes.

also are there any other materials i can use besides mdf cause the home depot by my house carries shitty mdf and i spent 40 dollars for absolute shit.

These are out of the box plans thread, and you can use birch and trupan as well for boxes, and are you sure your getting mdf and not 5/8 partical board, I know the Lowes here has that in the mdf place sometimes when they are out of actual 3/4 mdf

what do you mean shitty mdf? i've bought in excess of 50 sheets of mdf from home depot and they were all exactly the same.

like a had a piece of scrap of it after i cut and i tried to nail through it it would break., i tried a few different glues. it all absorbed into the board, screws didnt work

it was a brown colored mdf and it was 3/4th. at least that is what it said on the rack.

and when it flaked it almost looked like cardboard. so i dont know maybe one of the signs were in the wrong spot.

cause i know when my dad bought mdf fora closet in my basement it was alot brighter colored.

i remember someone mentioning something about birch but i couldnt remeber if it was stronger or weaker.
