If anyone is wondering about the sound quality of the new autotek mean machine line of amps here is the answer

BUY IT, BUY AS MANY AS YOU CAN!!!

This amp is absolutely amazing for what it cost. i am running 2 4000.1D monoblocks and they DONT over heat under full load, they DONT clip or distort at highcurrent loads.. I have to hand it to maxxsonics they did these amps right.. and to be honest there very nice to look at, the new lighting around the amp is very classy at night. I will have pics of my custom install by next weekend

How much power are you actually obtaining? Someone ought to clamp these amplifiers.

Obviously 8kW isn't going to happen with your electrical. Heck, 4kW is is a big stretch there even.

A buddy of mine has a new Autotek MM, and it's constantly warm. That's because he doesn't care about setting the gain. :/

They look pretty, but I've got no idea about how clean their power is, though. He's got an L7 with horribly set filters, 3/4 gain, bass boost all the way up, and awful head unit EQ settings.

tell him to take the time to learn how to properly set gain/filters and he will be AMAZED at these amps.. im running 2 4000.1D's set perfectly and they are CLEAN and efficient as can be..

i have 2 subs on each amp, at 2000rpm amps are giving about 2000watts each @ 1ohm and staying very stable and not getting more then warm to the touch.. now i do have rear ac in the vehicle as well.. just a side note

For 175$ if they do 1500W it wouldn't be too bad a buy I guess. In for clamped numbers though.

yea they have 2 70amps and i paid $300 for the pair brand new in box... best $300 i ever spent on amps...
