thanks man, yeah mabye some more pics in the daylight. It looks really nice. Do you feel at all that the face plate is clustered? I like the look for the 9835 because imo, its simple enough.

Well, not really, considering that including the faceplate release button there are exactly 8 buttons total found on the front (notice the absence of radio station presets....a bit different from the KDC-X889)

I'm working on a comprehensive review for my account on Epinions and I'll work on getting some daytime pix for ya as well over the next couple of days if I can.

Yeah, im really thinking about getting this. It seems clean enough. anyone with a day shot of theirs? also...

im looking at the refurbs that for this that would go for 360. The reason why im looking at the refurbs is that you can purchase a 3 year warranty for about 20-30 bucks which will cover the whole unit in repairs, new unit and etc. Do you guys think its safe to buy this sucker refurb with the 3 year warranty?

Where can ya get a refurb for $360? I'm not ashamed to admit I paid retail for mine....authorized with a full manufacturer's warranty....as it was worth it to me. But I'd like to know where I could have gotten one with a 3yr warranty for under $400....
