anyone with a ps3 bought Socom Confrontation?

what does "beta version" means? im assuming it means the game that is being downloaded via internet?

I would much rather buy the actual game instead of downloading it.. Like I said I am considering buying it beginning of next month..

I know COD4 is hard to beat but I am looking for something new you know.. I am looking forward to Call of Duty:World at War as well..

beta is a version that isn't fully tested, developers will release a "beta" version, to let players test the game out so they can fix what needs to be fixed, then they'll close the beta, then release the final game. then add patches if they need to.

not sure, does it say Beta Version when you buy it on the PSN? i wasn't aware that it said that.

The game is pretty freaky if you jack up the volume and play in the dark. Pretty customizable and great graphics/sound. It's starting to get a little repetitive and I'm pretty close to the end (I think). I don't see any real replay value but it's definitely rental worthy.

no the beta arleady ended and was free as long as you reserved a copy of the game. The game is out, the game is good.
