im going to go pick it up in about 15 mintues. I played the BETA and it had a bunch of problems, but they worked on it nicely. From what I have heard from my brother and friends they fixed the querks and its a pretty sweet game.

HAHA, ive had it for about 3 days now.. there were about 50,000 people on at one time. the servers were/are overloaded. they're trying to fix it as we speak. alot of people that have bought the game right when it hit shelves still haven't played their first game lol

I loved the first one. But then the control scheme kept getting weirder and weirder. I would love to know how this one compares to the very first one.

the game is awsome ive watched a few of my friends who have it, just cant afford it right now, but ill be one in about a week, the only dumb thing is they got ride of the scout controls

I, as well as, 2 of my friends, my brother, and two of his friends have had no problems playing. They have had it since day one, i have had it a few hours. Check your connections....

once they get the servers straightened out will be nice but the game is sick, the best shooter for the ps3 by far, and for the price u cant go wrong...

Ok I guess. I bought it when it launched, but haven't played it much because of the **** servers. I just played a couple of hours ago and the servers seemed better than before, but still laggy as F.

Once the server issues are fixed it should be decent, there are still a few things I don't like. The biggest complaint for me is the movement, it doesn't feel like socom to me, sluggish, slow turn speed (even with max settings). They F-N added a run button, lame to me.

Don't know, I am a big socom fan, but this release hasn't impressed me. I honestly though about listing it on craigslist

ill agree on that, its beyond me why they would add a run button when the analogs are pressure sensitive

buddy of mine has it. played it over at his house a couple weeks ago. took 20 mins to connect to a game and then it timed out several times
