Mike (AMI Creations) is who I have always bought them from but they are not taking any new orders at this time and I need to get this now not later. So who out here has the skills? I can build them I just don't have the tools to make the cuts. It's a simple design nothing fancy at all. PM me or leave a post.

heres a list of things you will need

Blue titebond (dries quicker)

liquid nails for caulking

a drill bit for pre drilling your holes

dry wall screws

And hopefully you have a jigsaw to cut your hole, or your lucky like me and has a router with a circle jig //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

And you could use nails and a nail gun, but i dont do it if the box is anything bigger. like over 3-4 cubes.

Thx guys but this will not work I had lowes do the cuts before and they cannot get them precise. Cuts were off well over 1/4" some started out at 13 1/4" but by the end up the cut one end would be 13 1/2" and as we all know this stuff has to fit correctly. Already got screws titebond3, clamps, all that jazz I have built over 4 diy kits from Mike but like I said just don’t have the tools. Also, lowes want even attempt 45's and I know for sure I can't plus I am unable to cut the whole no jig no router. And Yes I gave a tip $20 it was not the guys fault it’s just the machine they use is not that accurate.

Still looking guys. Might call some custom cabinet stores around town and see if I can't pay them to make the cuts.

sorry to hear that then. Ive had lowes and home depot cut my wood good everytime. I would make you a kit but i think you will get ***** for shipping

I had a young guy start the cutting but he was unable to get the cut to be straight the length of the cut so he went and got a older guy but his cuts turned out with the same issue the cut would not stay straight all the way down the cut its like the saw would kick the board a inch or so once they would get down to the end of the cut and no matter how much tweaking he did it would not change the outcome. Thats when I found Mike and he has cut my last 3 boxes and they turned out great so I need a new builder that I can trust.

sounds like a bad saw. idk man, i would try a different location or lumbar yard. and i know atleast one of your friends has a table saw that you could your 45s with.

I called a few lumber yards but none would do my cuts. Most of them only did large orders and I guess it was not worth their time to cut just 1 sheet. U would think I would know someone with a table saw but sadly I don't LOL. Gonna keep searching Pioneer-Saturn is supposed to get back to me with a price but just in case that fails I will keep looking.

Yea I appreciate it. I mean I try to only get diy kits as it is a lot cheaper to ship just cut boards then a built box plus it’s kind of fun building them. I guess it would be a good idea to buy some tools but that can get very expensive and since I only do a box about every year or so would not be cost effective.

But the good part is, whenever you feel like switching up your system you can do it. plus whenever your friends want to do a build you can help em out like i do. just buy maybe used tools i guess? sounds like you just need a good table saw
