Anyone use this for their amp turn on wire?

What? Rear speakers to a powered subwoofer??? Im not sure what you mean, but even then the amp in your powered sub would need RCA cables to play. Unless its a factory sub, but then ure sub wouldnt have power anymore
the powered subwoofer has a high level input, so i will be putting the speaker output wire in there. If that makes sense lol

It will only cause noise if they are not shielded properly.

Also, using a LOC, from what i've seen, is so terrible in the long run.

Do it right, get an aftermarket Headunit.

Going the cheap route just so it "works" isn't going to "work" properly or for very long properly before you start having issues.
