Anyone use an Asus M3A76-CM

I just got one of these boards for dirt cheap. Should be arriving soon. I was wondering if this would be good enough to use as a media server/occasional HTPC platform? It'll be paired with either an AMD 4050e, or a 7750. I have a board with the 780 chipset, which is a good chipset, but I have never used the onboard graphics. Will the 760 series be adequate enough for BluRay's/HD-DVD's? Will it overclock enough to were I can put the 7750 in it, and let my buddies game on it when they are over here?

I wouldn't bet on flawless Blu-Ray playback on the 760 ... You may want to pick up an AMD HD 4350 (~$35) if that's the case.
