is awesome like Obama.
Hey all, I recently had to sell my HU, so I have my stocker back in. I can't stand not having some bump, so I went to the local audio store and bought a PAC SNI-35 in hopes of being able to hook up my RCA's to the stock HU.
I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, 4-speaker delco system. I spliced the wires from the PAC into the rear speaker wires at the back of the HU, spliced the amplifier remote wire into the ignition wire, and plugged in the RCA's. The amp fired right up, but the sub did not play any sound. So I spliced the 2 brown wires into the black ground wire on the radio harness; still no sound.
Am I doing something wrong? Would it make a difference if I spliced directly into the rear speakers? Can someone with some experience help me out? Thanks!
