If you have purchased from planethi-fi.com, what kind of experience did you have?

yea i bought my 12w3v3 off that company through their site... they kind of lagged the ordering process by like 2 days, so i called them up and talked to a live customer support line, person was real helpful the entire time and it was shipped the next day

id definatly buy from them again
