SQ here, always have rolled that way.

I find the thunder and lightning (boom, crash) systems almost comical (two 15's in the rear and a pair of 5 1/4's up front), and especially the morons coming down the road with the bass that sounds like ten men beating on the side of a rubber raft. Boing, boing, boing! Thinking that it sounds good. Too funny.

Does it really matter if your sq, spl??? or does it matter that you like it?

I am useing two SETS of pro 60's and a pair of IA LI10's

sounds great works great all amp'd by a few jl's

Used to be a basshead a long time ago, but more into the SQ side of things now. Will say it seems to be harder to get the sound you are looking for when most SPL systems I would just load up the trunk or wall of a car and put a bunch of amps in and make sure the box was built to take it all and let it rip! Now I spend hours upon hours trying to tune my system and seems like every song I have I am back tuning my system. It is a work in progress. Now if I can find the right sub to stay intact!

Have you tried a sub with an XBL^2 motor yet? Some people love the sound, some hate it.

I think my next objective will actually be to track down 1-2 brahmas.
