If your port edges aren't flush with the baffle, get someone to run a router with a flush bit on it.

Well pretty much all the edges arnt flush. and they are so wavy that youll probably have to take another inch off the top. I just want to design another box.

I'm definitely interested. Would you mind doing a sketchup for me? I'm hoping to build it this weekend.

It's for a wedge style box that's going to be ported...

I'm not really sure if this is the best... but the sub is going to be inverted. I'm going to try and brace the box as well, but I'm not sure exactly how to measure to see what the final enclosure volume is....

WIDTH: 36 inches

DEPTH: 12 inches

HEIGHT 1(Back of box): 15 inches

HEIGHT 2(Front of box): 3 inches

THICKNESS: .75 inches

Enclosure Volume: 1.57227 cubic feet

Round port diameter: 3 inches

Round port length: 7.7 inches (Tuned to 35 Hz)

This is for a 10" Alpine TypeR 1022D

If you can do a sketchup of that for me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

someone can sketch one up for me if they want. i am not in a creative mood. its going to be fiberglass though, just cant think of a shape. two 12"s or one 15" ported with two amps that are 2 ft long each. amps need to be incorporated into it.
