Anyone name this amp?

I am looking at this amp on a police auction just curious if anyone knows what it is.

and it also said first that it didnt come with fuses. then on the next line it said tried to power up and it didnt work. do you think maybe they werent smart enough to put fuses in it, and that possibly it works?

well there are alot of people who do stupid things, if you can get it for a good price i say take it. but then again i dont know what kind it is.

yeah i figure someone on the forum has seen it before. not really all that interested in buying it i mean unless someone can tell me what it is and if its some like really good rare amp or something lol
