Just wondering if anyone uses a mold to make enclosures. If so, how did you make your plug? thanks

I like the way you think. Though it is an involved process and a very expensive project intended to make many duplicates for production. Pretty involved process to describe in this forum. you-tube vacuum infusion and a bunch of good info is there. Also try these:

Check out "gasserglass" on youtube, if you want to do mold making thats your best source of info. I intend to touch on it some day in my youtube videos.

don't be a D/B. No one here can lay out a Standard Operating Procedure for what he/ she is asking for without writing a book with plenty of illustrations. We can give a crumb trail for his/ her own exploration and personal application.
