You need a Kit, that is a must.

http://www.carstereohelp.com/ I've also been there before but they've changed their website so many times...some of the stuff is free and some is not just depends on what you're looking at.

I will give you as much help as I can through here. The best I can do is guide you through everything. You need to make sure that you have everything you need. A complete wiring kit with power, ground, remote, speaker wire, rca's, fuse block, and all the other accesories included.

well i did find some wires ... they arent nothin special but they were good enough to test it out.. sounds real good! cant wait for the diamonds 5.25

It is ok to hook up an amp to test it, but dont leave it like that unless you have the proper wiring and fusing.
