Look at the specs man. It's in black and white.

If you believe you are getting 2500 watts from a company own by one of the shadiest companies for $200 than that's your problem.

I'm just saying I've never seen one tested..... But I guess that makes me have a problem.. I'm not saying it will do rated, but the bigger did close at 12v is all I'm saying

There's no pleasing him man, anything thats labeled "budget/affiliated with epsilon/maxsonics" amp will be casted aside in his eyes even if its amp dyno'd to do clean power. If its not the power output, its the build quality, if its not that, its the longevity, he'll pick apart every amp he does not like and thats what makes him ddtc man lol.

The BA 7000.1D is a 2k amp but you gotta wire to half ohm to see that after accounting rise, still not bad for the price they used to go for.

Then it blew up. Have you ever seen one on a O-Scope? Its beyond nasty, the worst clipped sine wave I've ever seen and it happens so fast

So the AD-1 certified test at 1-Ohm on that amp is false? I thought the AD-1 certified test was like basically using an o-scope for the 1% THD limit. I guarantee you it will run 1Kw clean at 1-ohm. A clean 1K watts for $160 isn't bad in my opinion.

Its not all about what any amp will do for a short amount of time. Thats like looking at a single spec on a speaker isnt it? When so many arrived DOA that means something more to me than what it will do for a short burst. Maybe its just me, I've had lower end stuff before, I know the difference now.

There is a scope vid on the tube that shows what it looks like clipped, it went staight from clean to jagged as hell. Good amps will clip soft first.

I think this amp would be one of the better amps for someone on a budget. Its better then buying power Acoustik, pyramid, boss, etc... Most people who are on a budget won't be running more than 900Wrms anyway, which we both know this amp will do clean. You are right, there are crap tons better amps, and amps that perform better, but you are going to have to pay a premium. For the cost of this amp and the power you get clean is very decent for the price.

If you take some time and search around you can find a Alpine for about the same price. Look at the thread I posted in the amp section about 2 1500 watt amps and see what you can find that sets them apart. They are both owned by the same company

the BA7k did 2150 @ 1.3 ohms rising from .5 nominal @ 12v, if the volts were at 13 or so it would have done its rated 2300 @ 1 ohm, IMO i consider that doing rated my self, the only thing was his volts. not bad amps at all for the money, if i had the spare cash id get one for my D1 XL18, bet it would make my XL sing lol

3500 @ .5ohm/2300 @ 1 ohm.... its in black and white, remember.

Yes i run Bullz & a Shark right now, whats that prove????? Nothing..... I have ran KNU wire, Kicker hyper flex wire Audio technix wire etc. Also Sundown amps and subs, DD subs, DC Subs, Audioque/Soundqubed Subs, American Bass Subs & Amps and some other stuff. I(with my OWN money) chose not to spend a bunch for now and im content with it. What i run in my truck means nothing. Also i never told you to talk to me, you made a assumption on something you have never used, and making the assumption due to its name and i questioned it. No body made you respond......
