I have antivirus on both of my computers -- Norton 360 on one and PC Tools on the other. I'm out of the "scene" on computer stuff in the last few years... will those three find things these will not ?

Do you have a paid subscription for Norton 360? You may have to remove it before the other AV installs.

I called the police in his city... they told me to call my local police.

You do realize that you can have your identity stolen and not own a computer right? Ask my grandmother, she's been through it. Shes 77 years old and has never even TOUCHED a computer but had someone try to steal her identity.

Edit: Jacob, I'm sorry this has happened to you. Luckily Chase sent you the message and you were able to get it stopped before the ******* did too much damage (if any). I would assume that Chase closed the account and are sending you a new card on a new account?

Ive had my identity stolen two years ago, I am aware of this. The way they stole my card info was they input random numbers(on a generator) until they were able to charge it, starts with a few pennies charged.

This can happen with a Mac too buddy, and does happen.
