Anyone know anything about this amp?

I recently picked up a Memphis PR1KD for $85. I can't really find any info on this amp online, just loose bits here and there... anyone know anything about it? good, bad, ok deal? All I know is it's supposed to be 600@2ohms and 1000@1ohm. thanks for any opinions

reading a few threads these amps seem to have alot of problems, i dont have any 1st hand experience just wat ive read on them in the last few minutes
