use the search and read and learn as much about it as you can..don't go over there and post that you dont know enough about it because they'll just tell you if your not willing to learn about it, you shouldnt take it..there are a bunch of really helpful guys on there tho..def hit it up

If you arent over like 30 I wouldnt even suggest using HGH or any steroid

HGH has a short shelf life and if you take expired HGH youre in serious trouble, see Lyle Alzado.

If you absolutely must take them (which you probably don't), you should know the potential side effects:

Arthralgia, Carpal tunnel, and Edema (retention of fluids and joint pain)

Hypertension

Diabetes

Increased risk of colon cancer

Increased risk of Hodgkin's Disease

Gynecomastia (man *****)

I don't understand why people would even remotely consider this unless prescribed by a doctor.

you don't know what you're talking about. so, let me get this straight. athletes are taking this stuff and risking their career and millions of dollars to look bigger and not get stronger? that is the stupidest thing i've ever read on here.

Other than a few cases of some bone enlongation, most long-term HGH users will begin to get the distended stomach due to organs growing also (HGH doesn't discriminate). Look at Ronnie Coleman vs. Schwartzensniffer. RC's gut looks like he swallowed a ripped pumpkin.

Im pretty sure its been proven HGH or IGF cannot cause the gut to hypertrophy enough to distend the gut like that.
