Anyone know anything about black light tattoos?

LMAO....Why for some reason I can see everybody with this style tatoo get out of a honda with neons that color match his tatoo.
On another note, has anyone seen those "tatoos" that they carve skin out of your back and it scars leaving your "image".

Ive seen that too. its a bit older technique though.

This new type of ink, or the old stuff they used to use? Cause the old stuff has known carcinogens in them. They say the new stuff doesn't.
