I don't know if you caught that one response, but if you file a claim with eBay and PayPal, you will get his "confirmed" mailing address from them, in an attemp to allow the parties to try working it out before their claims department gets involved. You should do that. When you get the address, post it. This is bound to be scanned by search bots, and I'm sure someone else out there is being screwed by this punk (or has been already).

LOL! on mihpresent.com web site, the main picture is of the MIH recording studio storefront and the phone number with a 707 area code. Did he really think someone would believe that's his site?

A few more posts trying to sell his ride, a few numbers and different email addresses there just incase the guy needs some spamming.

I'm interested to see if he does anything about the "tax" charges being blocked. It seems funny that this guy has a habit of bring up the tax charges after the sale. If nothing else its mis-representation.

ps...I would never do this nor condone it, but if you want easy retaliation on somebody on ebay just create some bunk ebay accounts and start bidding his items up to 5 or 6 grand. Nobody else will get a chance to buy his products and he will get stuck with hella e-bay final value fees.

If he just cancels your bids do it in the last few seconds of the auctions. Saw some people do this to a scammer on another forum and the seller quit selling pretty quick.
