im 5'11" 215lb, not a whole lot of muscle...if that tells you anything..it's tough if you even slightly out of shape. you should run and do push-ups/sit-ups to prepare for it before. if not you're gonna regret it. i mean it was kinda tough to me, but i kept my mouth shut, did what i was told and all was good. i would do it again actually.
Something tells me you are going to fit in just fine in the military.I plan to go into the air force after i get my AA in spring 09, then become a pararescueman or die trying. Cast or tab
Im trying to do all the preparations i can, running, pushups, swimming etc. Im on the college swim team, so far i can do 90pushups in 2 minutes and run 1 1/2 miles in 10:04, need to work on my running more but it will come. Ive heard if you can at least do the PAST, the AF will get you the rest of the way, but im trying to dominate the PAST. Also when it comes down to it, it wont matter how fast you are but your dedication to being a pararescueman, you have to want it more than anything.
right on man! this was what I was lookin at from the AF.I plan to go into the air force after i get my AA in spring 09, then become a pararescueman or die trying. Cast or tab

Nice hope that works for you. Then we both are on the same page about saving people "That others may live". I could care less how much money i make doing it but if i get to die on this earth knowing i brought home some little girl or boys dad then thats more than enough for me.right on man! this was what I was lookin at from the AF.
