well i boought a rf 300a2 or sumtin(long time ago).....it was prob the 2000 modle year amp...(the better ones).it busted..so i took it to bb and talked to some dude in car audio and he said he could opull a few strings for me and got me the new model year rf amp as a exchange..at the time it was right when they released them so it was quite a difference in cost ,like 100 bucks or sumtin..he hooked me up so it was all good.....

then i tried to f uck up that amp up, and litterly threw it on the ground multiple times and soaked it in water..needless to say there was not 1 thing wrong with it when i got it back from gettin fixed...i was young and didnt no any better, though i was pretty bumbed when they wouldnt take it back again..ended up using it fotr a little while then i got sued and sold it to a guy at school for 200 bucks....40 more then i paid and it was about 1 1/2 yrs old....gotta love h.s'ers

i worked at circuit for 3 1/2 years...the best way to fry a deck is plug it into a wall socket using two wires, on the 12v/and acc wire, and the ground....we also fired one using a battery charger, they will only give you a new one if they can't repair it or it has been in three times

why dont u just sell yours then and buy the one you want instead of wasting all the time/gas going from store to store to try to get it done. By the time you add your time and gas up it prob be less than what it would take you out of your pocket to get it.

And i wouldn't be able to get crap for my deck, even though it is still pretty nice. But just the fact that its 2 years old is really gonna hurt the value.

what radio is it? i know sometimes they won't service certain older amps and radios... they will tell you when they try 2 send it off and give you store credit... but yeah... if u just bring in a radio they will have it sent 2 the service center... and if they can't fix it they'll call you and give you store credit for a new one... but it's 3 times otherwise..
