Cn you use brackets to show us what the left side actually is?

Is it 2( cos (x^2)) or 2((cos x)^2) or what?

Parantheses are extremely important in trig functions.

cos(90)=0 so thats one answer....0.5(Pi) radians

cos(60)=0.5.....0.5 squared is .25....2 times .25=0.5 so thats another answer..(1/3)(Pi) radians...plus or minus

cos(30)=sqrt(3)/2

sin(30)=0.5

cos(45)=sin(45)=sqrt(2)/2

cos(60)=0.5

because the parameters were given in radians I would assume radians
