Anyone have trouble falling asleep?

i can't sleep before 4-5am either. i just watch tv untill i pass out.

don't work out before u r going to go to sleep, its not good for u at all. also it will keep u up it won't help u fall asleep.

 
take a regular schedule of melatonin, like an hour before bed every night, it takes a few days for it to get in your system so it wont knock you out on the first night, also dont take in any cafeine after 2 or 3pm

 
Sleep deprive yourself for one full night.. you'll sleep great the next few nights
and working out before you go to bed isn't good
I tried that and then i just sleep all day the next day and stay up even later the following day

 
I can never fall asleep tho its because I work till atleast 1am even if it feels like I could fall over at work and sleep I can never get to bed till 4 or 5 if not later it dosent help that essencialy I am working out at work weather I Want to or not

 
Well, I got myself a King Size "sleep number" bed that vibrates and tilts and all that good junk. Still don't sleep for shit but when I do it is much better sleep!

did the whoel sleep deprive for a day thing too... just ended up with a killer headeache the next day and ended up falling asleep at about 8pm only to wake up around 11pm and stay awake until about 4am. then slept from 4am~ to about 8am and yeah, still stuck in the same shit.... took some muscle relaxers the other night again along with some Tylenol PM and just got really ****ed up... still awake and everything, just felt REALLY "good".
