Anyone have trouble falling asleep?

I can't fall asleep for sh!t... Once I am asleep I can sleep through pretty much anything. It is 1am right now and I am not even remotely tired... However at like 5pm I am falling asleep on the couch or in the garage.

I've tried working out like a MF'r about an hour or two before I try going to bed but that doesn't do shit... I've tried popping some muscle relaxers like 20 minutes before bed but then I am just wide *** awake and my whole body is like Jello so that is a no go... I've tried smokin' the ganja and rubbin one out but that didn't work either...

 
Why do you think im up? I cant go to sleep for shit, im constantly thinking about the installs ive got coming up, shit i need to do, etc. Some weeks are more stressful than others, ive got 3 enclosures and 2 complete installs to do before friday and its been pouring everyday so i havent even unloaded the MDF out of my car yet or been able to do anything. Ive got so much shit im constantly thinking about something, it sucks.

Last night my woman talked me into taking some tylenol PM though, i was KTFO in about an hour. Melatonin also works great, and its natural too. I just would rather be on CA.com than sleep, this is where i learn shit, lol.

 
Have you tried popping muscle relaxers, while working out, while smoking the herb, and rubbing one out at the same time? If that doesn't work, watch baseball at bedtime.
tried the old "boring tv" thing and it didn't work... When it was all said and done I realized I had sat through about 3 hours of "The Golden Girls"... That Sophia is one crazy bitch!

 
Subscribed. I can't sleep either. Ugh and worse for me because after I finally fall asleep I have been waking up every 2-3 hours and lay awake again. Sucks because I'm exhausted all the next day. Then at night it starts all over.

i took 5mg of melatonin and an ambien about 10 minutes before actually turning the lights/tv off a few months ago. i've kinda got off the ambien, and now it is just the 5mg of melatonin. try it. oh and if you go to a GNC or something to get a sleep aid, don't fall for the shit they say is awesome because it has this and that in it and its $10-15 more expensive. just straight melatonin will do it.
