Registered users may download Instacal and the Term-LAB software from our website. (Both are required for Term-LAB installation.) After downloading the software, you MUST follow the instrutions in the Term-LAB installation manual EXACTLY.

Term-LAB Installation Manuals

* Term-LAB USB Installation Manual

* Term-LAB.NET Installation Manual

Login

* Open your web browser and go to http://www.termpro.com.

* Click on the Term-LAB menu selection.

* Click on the Login menu selection. (If you can’t remember your password, click on the lost password menu selection or link and your password will be emailed to you.)

Download Instacal

* Click on the Downloads menu selection.

* Click on the “Download Instacal” link.

* Windows will ask you if you want to Run the file or Save it. Select “Save”.

* You will then be asked where you would like to save the file on your hard drive. Please specify (or create) a temporary folder where the file can be saved.

* After the download is complete, Windows will ask you if you want to open the folder containing the file. Select “Yes”.

* You will see a file name “Instacal.zip”. Extract the contents of this file to the temporary folder.

* When the extraction is complete, Windows will ask you if you want to open the folder containing the extracted files. Select “Yes”.

* Locate the file named “Setup.exe”. In some configurations, Windows will not show the “exe” file extension. In this case, find the icon that shows a computer monitor with a software box. Double click on this file.

* Follow the Instacal Installation instructions as described in your Term-LAB installation manual.

Download Term-LAB

* Click on the Downloads menu selection.

* Click on “Download Term-LAB”.

* Locate the file named “Term-LAB.msi”. Double click on this file.

* IMPORTANT! - Follow the Term-LAB Installation instructions as described in your Term-LAB installation manual.

Download Hardware Key Drivers (Term-LAB.NET ONLY)

In addition to the files listed above, Term-LAB.NET users will also need to download the Hardware Key device drivers.

* Open your web browser and go to http://www.termpro.com/whe/updates/drivers.zip.

* You will see a file name “Drivers.zip”. Extract the contents of this file to the temporary folder.

* When the extraction is complete, Windows will ask you if you want to open the folder containing the extracted files. Select “Yes”.

* Locate the file named “Drivers.exe”. Double click on this file.

* Follow the USB Key Drivers Installation instructions as described in your Term-LAB.NET installation manual.
