Anyone have or had 12,000+ watts in a daily?

If you dont know how he had the speakers wired, how could you even guess as to the wattage produced?
I know they werent wired to 2 ohms to the amps. If he had dual 4s at 8 ohms a sub it would have been less than 2 ohms strapped. Those amps would do more than 3500 watts at 1 ohm each. I know he was below that. Hope this makes sense.

Assuming you have a charging system capable of holding 12 volts while bumping full tilt, you are talking a 1000 amps of current draw. So unless your DD has multiple H.O. alts, a rack of batteries, and several runs of 2/0 cable... you aren't even coming close.
No offense, but this thread/question is silly, to say the least.
equipment in sig

My current setup in the cougar, Has a 130 Amp Alternator, a Kinetic 1800, 2400, and a NSB90, 2 runs of 0gauge And Keeps over 800Amps of draw from my sampson In check, I demo it daily for people up at the shop Producing over 8-9k and Never drop bellow a 13.5 even when I play it for good stretches of time.... Subs dont like it to much tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Math suggests otherwise. 2 runs of 0 gauge will not sustain 800 amps with that little voltage drop. And that's ignoring your 130 amp alt. At least the OP has close to enough of a charging system to make such bold claims.

Bold as it may be, its worked up to now All the batteries are in the back except 1, 2 runs front to back and last time we checked at the show this weekend on the burp and Xtreme music runs, 823 AMPS. Voltage drop from 14.2 to 13.8 on the extreme run with 7400 watts peaked during the music run/8600 on the burp

And? Thats plenty of electrical.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
600 amps (max) of supply will sustain a 1000 amp draw? I agree you have a well above average charging system, but even yours would require some stereo-off engine-on time to recharge the batts once in a while. How's the output on those 300's while sitting in traffic at idle? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Maybe Im just being contrary tonight, I dont know.

On two runs of 0 gauge? lol right
And how do you explain your 130 amp alt keeping up with over 800 amps of draw "for good stretches of time"?

Maybe you should start riding your unicorn to work instead.
