Anyone have/heard Rainbow CSX-465.20....about to buy

I really like the fact of the dual woofers and that they can handle 300W. I plan on putting 100-150 watts to each side. How well do they sound. Opinion are appreciated.

I know they are entry level but they are just going in my wife's car and she won't blast them the way i would. I figure being Rainbows they should still sound very good.
