i tried to keep it within your budget...well as for the amp thing...you can also try to get a memphis belle amp..its a five channel amp that can push all the 4 speakers and the sub...helluvan amp....it saves money and space...so instead of getting two amps...its just one...

wiring will be a big part of getting loud, plan to spendat least 5-6 upgrading your electrical.

I personally for the substage would go with audioque...

try 2 of the sdc2.5's on a AQ 1200...would be able to get louder than the Fi Q and can sound almost as clean depending on install....
