Underpowered, yes. POS: no. Great cars from a brilliant man behind the design of such great cars. Who can argue that the 60's era GTO's weren't the most kick *** musclecars of the era.

you may want to look at the history of the DMC-12....you know...the one released in the U.S. in 81 with 130hp and shotty construction.

I've been to the Deloran shop in houston ( http://www.delorean.com ) and they had ones there that were perfect showroom condition for sale. Even had some anodized ones that were different colors.

Great car, POS subaru engine. You can tell John Deloran worked on the Firebird, the delorean has alot of the same a/c controls.
