that is to buy much bigger fireworks. stuff that you won't see on the shelf of any ordinary store.

To buy you usually have to fill out an application with the state and be approved. Rules/regulations will vary upon state.

Lol. I was thinking about them painting today. My sister got this automatic rolling paint brush and you put a tube in the paint bucket and it was slowly working its way through the tube. haha idk just reminded me of them.
