18" Q....i got a lanzar opti 1400D and the entire back of a new grand cherokee to work with and i thought maybe go crazy and get 1 18" Q and run it at 1 ohm....anyone think i could fit a nice box back there.

There are a few that have them if I am not mistaken. I know for a fact that PESTEELE from here has one and likes it and dont like it. Says it bottoms out or something rather. So might want to ask him. Orrrrrrrr, go to Soundsolutions.com and hit up the Fi forum there. Good luck.

well after doing some reading i was thinking maybe an 18" Q in 10 cubes tuned to 28htz....powered by an opti1400D @ 1 ohm....anyone here willing to maybe take on the box as a project??

yeah dont go the sealed route. Its got great sq all around and hits the low lows nice but lacks total output and bottoms out badly when cranked all the way.. Dont get me wrong its hellof alot louder than my 15" cvr was ported tuned to 35. Im gunna build a ported box for mine with i think 8 cf net tuned to 28-30.
