Scam, PayPal never ever send emails. Watch click on the link and look at the web address, its going to be an IP address. You get them with eBay and what not, I usually sign in with
username: FUCK YOU

password: C0CK SUCKER

lol, naw im just busy in the office, i was able to call that other number i listed, but getting ready to walk out for the day i need to close some things up...on the drive home though, i will give PP a call...

so this actually turned out to be legit...I called PP, they said that the email came from their fraud department, someone was trying to register with an old email address of mine, which I no longer have, and they have verified the email address, meaning that the person actually does have this email address now. So they contacted me to verify that it was or was not me, once I told them it was not, they had to go in and delete the old records she said so that this person could create a new PP not associated with me, I changed the email on my PP account about 2 years ago, so it's not going to effect my current account...so yea...

Obviously you dont use paypal. Every time you do a transaction through Paypal you get emails from Paypal about the transaction.

And yes they do track unusual account activity and will email you about it.
