Anyone ever used Peal and Seal?

Peel and seal and other roof repair products are similiar to original dynamat. The same idea applies to both adding mass to the panel to reduce vibration. Peel and seal will work for adding layers to a panel (I have used it). Bed liner products work just as well. My personal best results came from a rubberized sand mixture that can be bought at any home supply store for about $15 for 5 gallons.

The way Peel N Seal works is by just adding weight to the metal.

The Second Skin actually transfers the energy into small amounts of heat and dissapates it. Much more effective.

If you dont have a lot of area to cover, just get some Spectrum. 2 Quarts would cost you like $50 and be plenty for your trunk lid and the problem spots in your trunk.

I had Peel N Seal in my Expo for quite a while. Never came unsticked and never started to peel. Just doesnt work as hell as a real deadener. If you arent going to spend money on a real one, buy Peel N Seal. Works better than nothing at all, thats for sure.
