Anyone ever put sundown SA12"s in a sealed box?

Put 3 coats of poly on the paint , I'm getting the box ready for the things I need since the van is still a family van. Should be dropping in my subs tonmorrow .

With the Hammertone paint you have to turn the can over and spray to clear the nozzle quite often. And shake it up as it settles in the can pretty fast. NOT an easy paint to use for a big surface like a box, but looks like it came out pretty nice.

Chicago area shows are already posting up on FB, so check em out and bring this set up out so we can trade sundown demos....

Definitely try to make it to those shows and get a demo from mike^^^ mrpep. Youll get to hear what big boy bass is all about.

Yeah I probably won't use that paint again , its nice but not as nice as I was hoping. The poly was a bit disappointing too , it has a nice gloss which is supposed to protect yet it developed light surface scratches that can easily be seen depending on which way the light hits. Next time I carpet or just a regular can of spray paint. Living and leaning ....

I don't mind going to those shows but I'll never show my stuff , lol. I've known to many expert thieves and victims and getting your sounds gainked is a piece of cake to many so I'll stay back in the cut and just be a spectator but thanks for the heads up. Where in Facebook do I find these guys ?
