Anyone ever had problems with aftermarket rims

not THAT much different... you're not going to get a bolt/nut that size that will happily take 100 foot pounds...
what car is this on?

GM suggest you first torque them to 50lbs, then again to 100lbs. 95lbs is the min while 100lbs is the max for my car.
