Ordered a few things a full month ago now, the order status says processed still... im close to them and have received their products very fast in the past. I sent them an email a while ago with no reply and just called their number. Theres a message saying the phone line is down and to contact them through email. What the fuck is anyone else in this boat?

Id send a couple more emails and if you don't get a response go there and talk to them. Sorry to hear that though hope you get it sorted out

They occasionally get backed up, but I'd continue try contacting them. Try posting on their Facebook page, they check that pretty often.

Im not that close, I meant close as in a few states away so shipping was always fast. Yea im gonna see if they respond to the one I sent today

yea i think something got fucked up. i read a while ago they had trouble with servers during a storm or something maybe that has something to do with it

I meant the storm was shortly after i had ordered thats why i questioned that as a possibilty. I dont understand why the fuckers wont email me back and i thought that it was weird that the phone lines are down and the message says that they will be down for an extended time or something

Weird, they've been extremely quick with all my orders. Just ordered some 8 gauge wire like 3 days ago and got it in today.
