Anyone chime in on reshimming valves?

Im not sure if this is the right place to post it, but i'll give it a shot.

I have an 04 CRF250X. Today i checked the valve clearances and for exhaust i got .010 and .011 (thats within specs). For the intake valves i got .005 and no clearance (smallest i had was .0015 and it didnt fit). So i have to reshim one of my intakes valves. Now... the shim size it has is 1.90 mm right now, the specs call for .005" valve clearance. Im wandering what size shim i should go with since i couldn't get a clear valve clearance reading. I was thinking along the size of 1.775 or 1.800... any ideas?

Let a mechanic do the job dude. If you really don't know what you doing. That part you need to be careful or you end up with more problem
