Anyone Buy An EVO 4G?

ive had the evo since day one but today im going in to pick up an epic 4g also

I have the epic 4g, basically you root it install setcpu and advancetaskkiller

You can use advance task killer w/o root but setcpu needs root (like jailbreaking). My battery is halfway decent now, will last most of the day with music playing a lot and phone/text/internet/heavy gps

what rom are u on? im using cm6 on the evo and epic experience on the epic....dont really feel there is a need for set cpu most kernels that the chefs are using have some sort of OC and undervolt built in...im enjoying the epic way more then the evo but the lack of CM6 and Froyo is killing me

haven't checked out the fascinate but I would love an r2 d2 version of the moto driod 2 if i were on verizon...I'll stick to my Dell Streak though...it's bigger than the evo and has awesome battery life without task killing anything

My girl has the evo, just got it 3 weeks ago. Battery ***** ****, even with the task killer and doing like 15 other tweaks. I guess they are going to have a better battery coming out soon. I'm going to get something better once my plan is up in a few months.

Love my streak. Thing is beast other than the fact I won't be seeing a final Froyo build till next month...

Battery life on the Streak is better than the X my buddy has
