They do nt have any contact info on that page. Chat is a bot. Found this on eBay.

I'm always skeptical when there isn;t any email contact info right up front on the website.

I checked out the site, put a TARAMPS HV160.000 in my cart for $50.00 less than what I could get it on eBay and input the info needed to find out shipping. Cheapest shipping option was $48.00. Your call, not worth the risk for a savings of $2 in my book. At least with eBay, you are usually insured against fraud or your money back.
