The family renting this house was a dad(he had a newer Yamaha R1), his wife(newer model Dodge Caliber), and three young girls, ranging from two to ten years old. They owned a dog at one point, and then cats.

They've rented the house for nearly four years, and after not checking the inside of the house for the majority of that time, we got to see what we're left with after they moved out four days ago.

Actually, they had several garbage bags filled with baby clothes in the basement, along with toys in other bags. We washed everything(in their washer of course), dried them outside, then put them in our garage sale today.

We made lots of monies.

There was a nearly petrified hot dog, if that counts. It was about as thick as a Slim Jim, and as hard as a rock.

They left nothing really worthwhile, and there was no ****, no drugs. Nothing!

The only thing I thought about keeping was a powered subwoofer, but after taking the grill off, I saw that the surround was torn completely apart.
