Exactly, and I think the chances are great that he will be kicking himself for wasting a year in the sand.

I understand there are some pretty strict rules about "seeing" women down there. Something to consider, lest he wants to be in the sand... permanently.

military-wise it's a cakewalk with the same pay incentive as an assignment to iraq. just less likelihood of roadside bombs, more dangerous is the traffic itself--almost no road rules.
