Anybody know how to wire a Positive relay application?

I need to disarm my cars factory alarm system ,and i got everything figured out but this one wire.

87,85: Goes to a constant 12v

30: Goes to the FACTORY ALARM DISARM wire.

86: ??????

86 would be a negative trigger of some kind whether it be an alarm or a door trigger input

say you want it to happen upon opening the door connecting to a wire that shows a negative with the door open which will then trigger the relay and disarm the alarm

 
The factory alarm on the car went off and i dont have a keypad to disarm it. After a google search,i found THIS, they are having the same problem as me.

Thanks for the help.

Would there be any way I could wire it up to a switch in the car somehow? That would be nice to still be able to protect my car,but as of right now I just want to disarm this **** thing.
