ANYBODY HOOKED UP AN AMP AND SUB TO AN ELCTRIC CAR?
Got en e golf 2016 just need a small amp and sub hooked up. Just wondering since electric cars don't have an alternator.
depends on how powerful the sub would sub would be, if its low power it shouldnt be a problem, you just wont get as many miles on a charge for your car. It may also overtime shorten the life of your batteries in the car. anything under 500 RMS i would think would be fine. Just be mindful of the charge on your batteries.
