Anybody ever had to get their IRAGGI alt replaced?

any updates ? its been almost a month since i sent my alt in with no response at all... paypal closed my claim cause they are lame... Looks like im going to have to go through my bank... anyone have a number for dom? i have called one i got from ebay about 20 times and cant get a single answer...

i had my iraggi alternator. sent it back twice for repair. he has always replied to my email/ phone calls. never had a problem with him....

ive heard mixed things about him. Maybe hes just stressed...doesn't justify being mean because he doesn't want to honor his warrentee's...but....i dont know

Dom probably has the worst rep. when it comes to the quzlity of alts. and of course the customer service.

Him avoiding his customers is nothing new, except when he takes your money.

the reason i didnt go with an irragi alt was threds like this

i went with an EA because of the great phone conversations i had with nate. Alt worked great for me and continues to work great for the person i sodl it to.

I've heard people have alot of problems with EA as well but i had a good experience

Dom i have heard bad things about but everyone at SMD swears by him

i should add also HO brand alternators gets a big thumbs up for customer service. although i didn't buy anything from them, i did message them using they're website. within 15 freaking minutes i got a call from "Philip" and we had a nice chat about they're alternators, and he answered all questions i had. if my mean green takes a shit on me, i will most defiantly be getting an H-O alt.

edit: btw, the point of this post was not to steer people in any direction. just 90accordman's post reminded me of what happened soi figured i would post up one that was a good experience for me as well.

well i already bought the mean green alt for the explorer, but like i said its always nice to have another option down the line.
